I have come into some letters and papers of people, now deceased, from the Rupuke region.
I know there is no family to pass them on to.
Dated from about 1930 until late 1940.
Would the museum want them?
My husband has purchased 3 Maori paddles. We are trying to display them on the wall. From your experience in displaying the Maori objects in your collection, can you recommend a way of getting them up on the wall without seeing any wires etc? Thanks in anticipation. Regards Cate Burns
I am having great difficulty getting hold of anyone. I have a reasonable number of photos from Bob Vernon’s book and some other papers. I would like to send them to the Museum, but want to check if all of them are of interest to you.
I’m pretty sure you misspelled the word “Cornes” on your site. You might want to check out a site like SpellRadar.com or SiteCheck.com which have helped me with problems like this in the past.
